I always come back to this hotel when visiting Düsseldorf. The location is perfect and the room is neat. I had a room very far from the elevator but the staff helped me to change to the room!

**Hotel Review**
I recently stayed at this hotel and would like to share my impressions.
**Location and Cleanliness**
The hotel is extremely centrally located, making it ideal for exploring. The cleanliness of the rooms and public areas was consistently excellent – I immediately felt at home.
**Staff**
The staff was really super friendly and helpful. One small drawback, however, is that hardly anyone at reception speaks German. Despite this, communication always worked out somehow, which shows that the team is well-prepared to serve its guests.
**Air Conditioning**
One suggestion for improvement would be instructions for the air conditioning. I had to experiment a bit to find the right setting – simple instructions would be very helpful here.
**Breakfast**
The breakfast was delicious, but I found the €25 or €19 offering a bit too expensive. A price adjustment or a wider selection could certainly win over many guests.
Overall, my stay was pleasant, and I can recommend the hotel due to its central location and the friendliness of the staff!

Advantages: Excellent location, within 10 minutes walk to the main train station, within walking distance to Japan Street and King's Avenue, supermarket downstairs, self-service check-in and out, luggage storage
Disadvantages: The room facilities are OK, the bathroom is large, the water flow is OK (compared to the other one, but it's actually normal and good). However, it looks clean, but it's actually full of dust. On the second day, I saw an unknown bug crawling out from under the bed, which made me itch all over.

The room was very satisfactory, clean and tidy. There are many places to visit around. I forgot to bring my room card three times during my stay. Although the front desk was a little unhappy, they still helped me solve it.

The location is good, very close to King's Road. The room is not very big, the big bed is made of 2 small Simmons mattresses put together, maybe only the city view suite has a little more space.
